Q: Do I need existing computing skills to study MCSA or MCSE?
For MCSA certification you should ideally have 6–12 months of experience administering client and network operating systems and for MCSE, a year’s experience implementing and administering network operating systems and desktop operating systems is desirable. Though our course takes students through the earliest steps, right through to certification.

Q: How long will the course take?
The great advantage of a SkillsTrain home study course is that you can study in your own time, at your own pace. Your SkillsTrain tutor will discuss your personal circumstances and work schedule.

Q: Is there a time limit within which I need to complete the exams?
No, studies are undertaken at your own pace, though we encourage you to set a timetable within which to sit your certification exams.

You will receive the globally recognised MCSA, or MCSE certification, as laid down by Microsoft, one of the world’s leading technology companies.

Q: What is included in the price of the course?
