    Hi Mr_N,

Checked out your portfolio, some awesome stuff. Really impressive.
Your work assignment at Mi, is that through your university or through train2game?

    Well Done Mate

Thanks. I really need to update that portfolio site to be honest. No it was just a summer thing which turned into professionally paid work. Thanks again mate.

dude, this tutorial has helped tons! i have used to to make a jacket more detailed with creases etc and it was worked quite well! the only problem is the complete map, the shadows seem permanant and quite large but ill have a fiddle and see what i can do, it looks good enough with just the normal!!! im going to add more detail with a fabric bump as well, ill post it when its complete!, i have posted some work in progress for the character! feel free to take a look!

Hey Quiad, Glad you're liking the tutorial. I may create a video version so you can hear my pretty voice :P And it may be more efficient for others with their learning methods.

Basically the complete map is more used for static objects or just using it to gain some depth into your models colour(diffuse) map.
